What is the refund policy?

1. In case the collection period for telephone/video lecture service is less than 1 month

① Before classes start - Full refund of paid fees

② Before 1/3 of the total class hours have elapsed - 2/3 of the previously paid fee will be refunded

③ Before 1/2 of the total class hours have elapsed - Refund of 1/2 of the previously paid fee

④ After 1/2 of the total class hours have elapsed - no refund

2. In case the collection period for the telephone/video lecture service exceeds 1 month

① Within 7 days of payment and before class starts: Full refund (refund after deducting 5% of the payment amount when issuing a receipt/passport before class starts) - 7 days after payment and before class start: Refund after deducting 5% of the payment amount

② After class starts - For all classes, the deduction amount is determined based on the list price (tuition for the same course for 1 month), and the remaining amount after deducting the deduction amount from the paid amount is returned. (Canceled/absent/postponed days are all included in the number of actual classes.)

In the case of the current completed month, the class price is deducted + In the case of the last month in which the reason for the refund occurred, the same amount is deducted as if the course period was less than 1 month

- If the deductible amount is greater than the amount paid, there may be no refund.

3. Free course service

① During the course period or before the start of the course - Full refund of the paid usage fee

② Before 1/3 of the course period or number of classes has elapsed - Refund of 2/3 of the previously paid fee

③ Before 1/2 of the course period or number of classes has elapsed - Refund of 1/2 of the previously paid fee

④ After 1/2 of the course period or number of classes has elapsed - no refund

※ Free course service is calculated based on the greater of the duration of the course and the number of classes.

※ Classes carried over from the previous class will not be refunded.

※ The free postponement service is provided to customers who have completed the contracted class period, so the postponed class is considered to have been conducted.

※ The usage fee is based on the normal price, and the refund is the amount minus the usage fee calculated in accordance with the case where the collection period is less than one month from the amount paid.

※ We will refund the amount calculated according to the refund policy minus all expenses such as the refund fee according to the payment method.

※ The cancellation and refund regulations are as above, which are stipulated in accordance with the Continuing Education Business Act.
